KVKK Privacy Notice
Version : 2026-10-17c
What this notice covers
This page explains how your personal data is processed, from a technical standpoint, on this website published on behalf of Pars Bungalov Antalya. The website is published on the KurumsalWebsite.co infrastructure.
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the data controller is Pars Bungalov Antalya. Whether your data is shared with the business's own employees or business partners, and whether the business applies a shorter retention period than the periods stated on this page, depend on the business's own practices. For these matters, you may contact Pars Bungalov Antalya directly.

- A digest derived from your IP address. Your raw IP address is not recorded; this digest, generated with a secret key, is kept for abuse review.
- An automatically calculated "unwanted message" score for your submission and the status assigned on that basis.
Automated assessment
Your submission is scored without human intervention in order to separate automated submissions. Submissions with a high score are marked as "unwanted"; in that case your message appears in a separate list in the business's panel.
Records are not deleted immediately as a result of this assessment. The business can see submissions marked as unwanted for 30 days; after this period these records are deleted.
Other records you submit through a form are anonymised 24 months after the last action on the record: your name, contact details and message are deleted; if the record is linked to a process such as a reservation, order or sample, this is done when the records of that process are anonymised. The business may also delete your records before this period. The consent you give for the newsletter is kept while your subscription lasts and, after the subscription ends, for 3 years as proof, and is then deleted.
Forms use the Cloudflare Turnstile security check to tell automated submissions apart. On a page with a form, your browser connects directly to Cloudflare; when you submit the form, the verification data is sent to Cloudflare Inc. (USA) together with your IP address in order to be verified. If the check cannot be completed, your submission is not recorded; you can contact the business using the contact details shown on the site.
When you browse the website
Even if you do not fill in a form, limited measurement takes place on the website: which pages are viewed, and whether the contact links on the page (phone, WhatsApp, email, map) are clicked, are counted. No cookie is written to your browser for this measurement and no information is stored in your browser.
Information that directly identifies you, such as your name or IP address, is not stored in this measurement: your IP address, your browser information, the date and the site identifier are combined into a one-way digest. This digest changes every day and is different for each website; this means you are not recognised as the same visitor on the following day, and your visits to different websites are not linked to each other.
The one-way digest used in this measurement is deleted after 6 months; the detailed records of the measurement are kept for 13 months and then deleted. Before deletion, only daily total counts (such as how many times a page was viewed) are kept; these totals contain no information that identifies you or your device and are kept for 5 years.
Cookie preference: The choice you make in the cookie banner (accept or reject) is recorded together with the version of the text shown, the language, the time and a random record number generated in your browser. This record serves to show that we comply with your preference; it contains no IP address or identity information and is kept for 2 years. To prevent abuse, your IP address is converted, together with your browser information, into an irreversible digest; this digest is kept for at most 24 hours, and your IP address itself is not stored. The legal basis for this record is the fulfilment of the data controller’s legal obligation under Article 5(2)(ç) of Law No. 6698.
- The address of the page you viewed (with query parameters in the address bar removed)
- Which contact link you clicked
- Your device type (desktop / mobile / tablet)
- If you arrived via a link, the domain name of the website you came from
- Your approximate location (city and country) as reported by the hosting provider
Where your data is kept and who can access it
Records are kept in a database located within the European Union (Germany). Encrypted backups of this database are stored in Eastern Europe (Cloudflare R2).
When you submit the form, the notification email sent to the business is delivered through Resend. Emails the business sends to you, where applicable (for example, emails confirming that your booking request was received or informing you of the stage of your order), are also delivered through Resend. These emails are sent via servers within the European Union (Ireland); Resend is a company based in the United States. These emails may contain your name, your contact details and what you wrote in the form.
Pars Bungalov Antalya accesses your messages through its own management panel.
In addition, authorised personnel of the KurumsalWebsite.co team, which operates the platform, may also access these records for technical support and maintenance purposes.
Map and video embeds
This website may contain map (Google Maps) or video (YouTube, Vimeo) embeds. When you view them, your browser connects directly to the relevant service; these services may process data such as your IP address and cookies in accordance with their own privacy policies.
The website owner may also have embedded other third-party content such as forms, calendars, music or social media posts; when you view these, your browser connects directly to the relevant service in the same way.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information about it if it has been processed; learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it has been transferred; request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately; request its erasure or destruction; request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom it has been transferred; object to an outcome against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation for damage you suffer due to unlawful processing.
You may submit requests regarding these rights to Pars Bungalov Antalya in its capacity as data controller.
