What sets us apart
Not a bungalow, but a detached house the size of a villa
The most common problem with bungalow holidays in Antalya is the loss of privacy in units lined up side by side: the neighbours’ noise, a shared pool, a crowded garden. At Pars Bungalov there is nothing of the sort. The grounds are given over to a single house; the private pool, hot tub, garden, barbecue area and play areas are for your use alone.
- One house, one family: There is no other bungalow on the grounds. The idea of shared areas does not exist here.
- Sheltered pool and garden: An enclosed area that cannot be seen from outside; children can run freely and the family can relax.
- Mountain views: A façade facing the Beydağları — a view of its own at sunrise and at sunset.

How many guests can stay?
The house has a 2+1 layout, with two bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms. Up to 6 guests can stay.
Is breakfast included?
There is no breakfast service at the property. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can prepare your own if you like. There are also places within walking distance where you can have breakfast surrounded by nature.
Are the pool and garden shared?
No. There is a single house on the grounds; the pool, hot tub, garden and all the play areas are yours alone.
Can events or parties be held?
No. Events, parties and organised functions are not permitted at our property. Pars Bungalov is designed for a quiet holiday.
Are pets accepted?
Unfortunately pets are not accepted.
What is the minimum number of nights?
We have a minimum stay of 2 nights.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14.00 and check-out is until 11.00.
Can I get a refund if I check out early?
No. If your plans change once your stay has begun and you wish to leave early, no refund is made for the nights you do not use.
Are you open in the winter months?
Yes, we are open all year round. In winter the mountain view and the hot tub are a pleasure of their own; the house is heated by air conditioning. Our pool is also heated.
How far is Konyaaltı Beach?
It is about 15 minutes away by car.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is free parking for your own use within the garden.
