Distance Sales Agreement

BUYER: the natural or legal person who submits a booking request and purchases the accommodation service. The name, address and contact details given at the time of booking apply.

Subject of the agreement

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the Buyer’s purchase of accommodation at the Seller’s Pars Bungalov Konyaaltı property.

Before confirming the booking, the Buyer acknowledges having read and understood the nature of the service, the dates of stay, the total price communicated by the establishment and the cancellation terms. The agreement is concluded when the Buyer accepts the price communicated.

Nature of the service

The service consists of the exclusive use of the entire property for the agreed dates. The house has two bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms, with a maximum capacity of six guests.

The pool, jacuzzi, garden, barbecue area, open-air cinema, table tennis, foosball and parking are all included in the price. No breakfast or food and beverage service is provided at the property.

Check-in is from 14.00 and check-out is by 11.00. The minimum stay is two nights.

Price and payment

The price of the stay is determined by the dates of the stay and is communicated to the Buyer in reply to the booking request. The price is for the whole property, not per person.

The full amount is paid on arrival. Payment may be made in euros or Turkish lira; for payments in Turkish lira, the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye foreign exchange selling rate on the day of payment applies.

No payment whatsoever is collected through this website; the form serves only to send a request. The booking comes into being when the Seller confirms availability.

Obligations of the Buyer

During the stay the Buyer agrees to observe the following rules:

• No events, parties or organised gatherings may be held at the property.
• Pets are not accepted.
• The number of guests stated in the booking may not be exceeded; the maximum capacity is six.
• Music may not be played at a volume that disturbs neighbouring properties.
• Any damage to the property, its fixtures or garden equipment is borne by the Buyer.
• The Buyer is responsible for the safety of unaccompanied children using the pool and jacuzzi.

Obligations of the Seller

The Seller undertakes to hand over the property on the agreed dates, in the advertised condition, clean and ready for use.

The photographs published on this website are of the property itself; no illustrative or stock images are used.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and date change terms are set out on the “Cancellation and Payment Terms” page of this website and form an integral part of this agreement.

Protection of personal data

The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the KVKK Privacy Notice published on this website.

Governing law and disputes

Disputes arising from this agreement fall within the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer’s place of residence, within the monetary thresholds announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

By submitting a booking request, the Buyer declares having read the terms of this agreement, and, on confirming the booking by accepting the price communicated, having accepted all of its terms.
