Date Change
If you wish to change your stay dates, your request will be accommodated free of charge, subject to availability. If the new dates fall within a different season, the current nightly rate for that period will apply.
Early Check-out
If your plans change after your stay has begun and you wish to check out early, no refund will be issued for the unused nights.
Cancellations on Our Part
If we are unable to accommodate your stay due to a technical malfunction or unforeseen circumstances at the property, we will notify you immediately and, if possible, suggest a suitable alternative date. In this case, you will not be charged any fees.
